Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LightHouse Digital Flow ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website or products (InvoiceFlow, ScheduleFlow). We take your privacy seriously.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: Your name, email address, and password when you register.

Business information: Company name, address, TIN, and logo that you add to your profile.

Invoice and client data: The invoices you create, client names, contact details, and payment records (InvoiceFlow users).

Payment information: Bank account details you provide for Paystack subaccount setup. We do not store card numbers — these are handled securely by Paystack.

Contact enquiries: Name, email, message, and preferred contact method when you submit our contact form.

Usage data: Basic logs of how you use the platform (pages visited, actions taken) for the purpose of improving our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve our services (InvoiceFlow, ScheduleFlow, agency work)
  • Process subscription payments
  • Send transactional emails on your behalf (invoice confirmations, payment receipts, automatic reminders)
  • Respond to enquiries and support requests
  • Communicate important service updates

We do not use your invoice or client data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering our services.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (a secure cloud database hosted on AWS). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Row Level Security ensures that only you — authenticated as the account owner — can read or modify your invoices, clients, and settings.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Paystack — payment processing and subaccount management
  • Supabase — database, authentication, and backend functions
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (invoices, reminders, receipts)
  • Vercel — web hosting and delivery

Each provider processes only the minimum data necessary to perform their function. We do not sell your data to any third party.

5. Email Communications

By using our services, you consent to receiving transactional emails related to your account, including invoice confirmations, payment reminders, subscription receipts, and service notifications. You may opt out of non-transactional communications at any time.

6. Contact Form Data

Information submitted through our website contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. If you select WhatsApp as your preferred contact method, your phone number is used only to contact you regarding your enquiry.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (e.g. financial records).

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Export your data

To exercise any of these rights, email: asua@lighthousedigitalflow.com

9. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
