Terms and Conditions

LightHouse Digital Flow is a digital agency and software company based in Lagos, Nigeria. We offer:

• InvoiceFlow — a cloud-based invoicing and payment tracking platform
• ScheduleFlow — a booking and appointment scheduling platform
• Digital agency services including web development, software products, and digital infrastructure consulting

You must provide accurate information when registering for any of our products. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

InvoiceFlow offers the following plans:

Starter (Free): 3 invoices/month, 2 clients, PDF download only.

Growth Monthly:

• NGN: ₦12,000/month
• USD: $13.37/month
• GHS: GH₵98/month
• GBP: £10/month (charged in USD equivalent)
• EUR: €11.59/month (charged in USD equivalent)
• CAD: CA$18.53/month (charged in USD equivalent)

Growth Annual: 11× the monthly price (equivalent to 1 month free).

All prices are exclusive of any applicable local taxes.

Growth plan subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual). By subscribing, you authorise LightHouse Digital Flow to charge your payment method on file on or after the renewal date without further notice, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

If a renewal charge fails, we will notify you by email and allow a 3-day grace period before your account is downgraded to the Starter plan. You may disable auto-renewal at any time from your account Settings.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.

To dispute a charge, contact us within 7 days at asua@lighthousedigitalflow.com.

Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store card details — these are held securely by Paystack. When you connect a bank account for receiving client payments, LightHouse Digital Flow creates a Paystack subaccount on your behalf. Paystack's own Terms of Service apply to all payment transactions.

Your invoices, client data, and settings are stored securely with Row Level Security. Only you can access your data. We do not sell or share your business data for any purpose other than providing our services to you.

For bespoke development projects, payment terms, deliverables, and timelines are agreed in a separate Statement of Work or project agreement. These Terms apply to general use of our website and software products.

You agree not to use our services for fraudulent invoicing, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in violation of these Terms without notice.

All software, designs, and content produced by LightHouse Digital Flow remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred by written agreement.

Our services are provided "as is". LightHouse Digital Flow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
